VILLA IRIGONI

Villa Irigoni is one of the 4 private residences for sale that we have designed in the island of Paros, at the area of Ysterni. At the moment two of them have been constructed and the other two are about to finish before 2026.
The architecture of the building complex is based on the bioclimatic and minimal design, respecting traditional architectural characteristics and local materials.

The layout of spaces follows a linear dynamic, ensuring conditions of maximal privacy- which was also one of our main concerns- and unlimited view for every area.
The sountheast orientation of the buildings maximizes the utilization of natural light and ventilation, while the design ensures protection against the harsh north winds of the island.
Simultaneously, the narrow and tall openings, abide the traditional architectural way of protection against the natural phenomenon.

Stonemasonry, "Xrolithia" , pergola wooden and aquatic elements compile a familiar figure of Paros , traditional architecture without the need for extra decorative elements.
Indoor spaces unified with the outdoor ones, give the feeling of direct contact withe the nature and constitute the main characteristic for a pleasant accomodation.
